Why storing fuel is dangerous?
- Storing gasoline and diesel is unsafe because these products emit flammable vapors;
- Children who are not aware of the dangers of fuel may play with the fuel containers and unintentionally harm themselves or cause an accident;
- Gasoline and diesel can react overtime with plastic storage containers leading to their decomposition, which results in the leak of the product.
Why are the fuel vapors risky?
- Vapors emitted by gasoline and diesel can form a burnable mixture in air. This mixture can explode when in contact with any spark initiated by:

any electrical equipment
static electricity
