In line with our commitment to safety, we celebrated World Food Safety Day (7 June) through a series of dedicated initiatives that took place during the week of 1 June. These initiatives aimed to raise awareness and strengthen best practices related to food safety across our Bonjour Convenience Stores network.
Because food safety is an essential pillar of customer trust and well-being, we launched an internal mobilization program engaging employees from all departments.
This initiative began with awareness sessions introducing colleagues to the importance of food safety and their role in upholding the highest standards.
As part of this effort, cross-functional teams were deployed to selected Bonjour Convenience Stores, where they conducted on-site food safety audits.
These assessments helped reinforce compliance with established procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
To further share our commitment with customers and partners, we also produced a short video showcasing the detailed processes and measures implemented to ensure that food products offered at Bonjour Convenience Stores met the highest safety and quality standards.
Through these initiatives, we reaffirmed that safety—whether operational or
food-related—remains a core value embedded in our daily activities and strategy.
